Every year,  470,000 businesses close their doors. That's 70,000 more then are opening. This is catastrophic to our economy. Best selling author, host of Customers For Life podcast and national speaker on the subject of uncommonly awesome connections with your customers, Pamela has a very big vision of helping 1 million small businesses optimize their ROI with their customers.

She has worked with the good people of  jetBlue, State of New Jersey Main Street Program, Colorado Main Street, Oklahoma Main Street Authority & Independent Retail Conference.

Pamela is a life-long entrepreneur and small business owner. She lives in Denver with her two (mostly well behaved) teenagers.

Patty is a strategic, multidisciplinary recovering Corporate Executive with a long tenure working with Fortune 50 brands in marketing services as well as working in management consulting.  In 2012, she left her cushy job to pursue entrepreneurship.

Patty has a deep passion for her clients, small business owners with a vision to make the world a better place.  She's a firm believer that everyone has a story to be told and helping her clients build their brand is what she loves to do everyday. Patty focuses on creating content for the CREATE Buzz community that is relevant for their business growth.  Additionally, Patty is the co-host of the Boss Free Society podcast.

Patty lives in Chicago with her husband and 2 boys and 2 chihuahuas. When she's not working, you'll probably find her doing cliche mom stuff and working hard to figure this whole work/life balance thing out.

Daniel ("DC") Hails from Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, and joined CREATE Buzz by way of a Mastermind we used to participate in. Over the course of his digital strategy learnings, our appreciation for Daniel's dedication grew and grew. He always has a can-do attitude and seeks to make business solutions better. When we discussed who would be the perfect fit to lead our Community Relations projects, we unanimously said, "DC!"

These days you’ll find this stay-at-home dad immersed in leading strategies on how to "wow" our community members.

Once you're in the Hive, you'll find DC making everyone feel special. He's the "Real Deal" (He even LOOKS like Evander Holyfield, doesn't he?)

This glass represents your business. The water, your customers. When you have holes in your business, you leak customers. So the answer isn’t to keep pouring a stream of hot new leads into your business to drive sales. It’s to plug the holes.
